A WRITER'S WIT |
MY BOOK WORLD
These two writers first wrote about stuff we should know by way of a podcast, and this book seems to be the result of those efforts.
I actually learned some things I didn’t mind knowing: all about Murphy beds, Mezcal, History of the Income Tax, Cyanide Pills (Hitler’s choice for dying), Do(ugh)nuts, the Japanese Kamikaze pilots, and even Jack Kevorkian (assisted suicide guru and activist).
Some of the stuff I didn’t need to know, no matter how long I might live: all about Well-Witching, Keeping Up With the Joneses, and Child Prodigies.
Maybe SYSK 2 will be better overall?
